Downloads & Access

How do I receive my files after purchase?

Your download link will be sent to your email immediately after checkout. Click the link, save your files, and you're good to go. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder first then get in touch if it's still not showing up.

My download link isn't working

Links can sometimes expire or get buried in spam. Head to your original order confirmation email and try again first. If it's still not working, drop me a message with your order number and I'll get it sorted.

How long is my download link valid for?

Your link is valid for 10 days. If it expires before you've saved your files, just get in touch and I'll reissue it.

Do I need to create an account to purchase?

No, you can check out as a guest. If you'd like to keep track of your orders in one place, you're welcome to create an account, but it's completely optional.

Can I re-download my files if I lose them?

If your link is still active, yes. If it's expired, get in touch with your order number and I'll help you out.

Software & Compatibility

What software do I need?

It depends on the product. Canva templates require a free or Pro Canva account. Affinity mockups require Affinity V3. Scene kits are PNG files and work in any app that supports image imports including Canva, Photoshop, Affinity, Illustrator, and Procreate. Each product listing will tell you exactly what you need before you buy.

Do I need Canva Pro?

A free Canva account works for most templates, but some fonts or elements may require Canva Pro. This will always be flagged in the individual product listing so you know before you purchase.

Will these work on Mac and Windows?

Yes. Canva is browser-based so works on both. Affinity is available on Mac and Windows. Scene kit PNGs work on any device that supports image imports.

Will the Canva templates work on mobile?

Yes, Canva has a mobile app and the templates will open on it. For the best editing experience though, desktop is recommended especially for anything detailed.

I don't have Affinity, can I open the mockup files in Photoshop?

Affinity files (.af) are not natively compatible with Photoshop. You'll need an Affinity app to open them. Some templates also include a Canva version check the product listing to see what's included.

Licensing & Usage

Can I use these for client work?

Yes, all products are licensed for personal and commercial use, which includes using them for client projects. You must deliver flattened files to your clients. You cannot share the original editable files with them.

Can I resell or redistribute the files?

No. Reselling, redistributing, or repackaging any files from this shop is strictly not permitted this applies to original files, edited versions, and anything derived from them.

Can I share the files with my team or business partner?

The licence covers one user only. If multiple people need access, each person will need their own purchase.

Can I use the templates on social media or in marketing materials?

Yes, absolutely. Using them to create content for your own brand or your clients' brands is exactly what they're designed for.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as Klarna for buy now, pay later. All available options will show at checkout.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, Klarna is available at checkout, giving you flexible payment options. Eligibility is subject to Klarna's own approval process.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and Klarna. Your card details are never stored on this site.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. A payment confirmation and order receipt will be sent to your email address after checkout.

Refunds & Issues

Do you offer refunds?

Because all products are digital downloads, refunds are not available once the files have been accessed. Please check the product description and software requirements carefully before purchasing.

What if my files are corrupted or something is missing?

Get in touch with your order number and a description of the issue and I'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

What if the product isn't what I expected?

All product listings include detailed descriptions, previews, and software requirements. Please review these before purchasing. If you have a question about a product before buying, feel free to get in touch and I'll help you decide if it's right for you.

Getting Help

I'm stuck - do you offer support?

Yes. If you're having trouble with a file, drop me a message and I'll do my best to help. Please note that general software tutorials (e.g. how to use Canva or Affinity) fall outside the scope of product support, but I'll always point you in the right direction.

How quickly do you respond?

I aim to respond within 4 business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but I'll always get back to you.

How do I get in touch?

Do you take custom requests?

At the moment the shop is focused on ready-made products, but feel free to get in touch if you have something specific in mind I can let you know if it's something I can help with.
