WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE READY

This service is for clients who are prepared. Before purchasing, please make sure you have the following ready to provide:

  • Your brand assets (logo files, brand colours, fonts)
  • All written copy for each post (captions or on-graphic text)

Please do not purchase this service if your brand assets are not yet finalised or if you are not ready to provide your copy. Delays caused by missing assets may affect your start date and cannot be used as grounds for a refund.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PURCHASE

Here is exactly what to expect once your order is placed:

  1. You will receive a welcome leaflet with everything you need to know to get started.
  2. A contract will be sent to you for review and signature. Your project does not begin until this is signed.
  3. You are required to complete the onboarding form. This must be completed in full before any work can begin. This will be sent to you via email.
  4. Design work begins on my next available start date, which is communicated at the time of purchase.

READ BEFORE PURCHASING

This is a non-refundable service. Once your order is placed and your contract is signed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

A contract will be sent prior to your project starting. Please read it in full before signing. By signing, you agree to all terms and conditions of the service.

ANSWERS TO YOUR Questions

Your completed Instagram post designs will be delivered as high-resolution PNG files, sized and optimised for Instagram. JPEG can be supplied on request.

Turnaround time varies depending on current availability and workload. Your start date is confirmed at the time of purchase. This is not a next-day service. If you have a specific deadline or upcoming launch date, please contact me before purchasing to confirm whether your timeline can be accommodated. Purchasing without checking availability does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

A priority turnaround add-on is available at an additional cost for clients who need their designs sooner. This must be requested via email before or at the time of purchase and is subject to availability. It cannot be added once your project has started.

Your project will begin on my next available start date, which is communicated at the time of purchase. Work does not begin until your contract has been received and signed. Please ensure you return your signed contract promptly to avoid any delays to your start date.

Your project cannot begin without your brand assets and written copy. If these are not provided in a timely manner, your start date may be pushed back. This does not entitle you to a refund. Please do not purchase this service until you have everything ready to submit.
