WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE READY

Packaging design is a detailed, technical process. Please ensure you have the following ready before purchasing:

  • Your brand assets (logo files, brand colours, fonts)
  • All written copy for your packaging (product name, ingredients, weight, directions, legal text, barcode, social handles, website, etc.)
  • Your packaging dimensions or dieline if you already have one from your manufacturer
  • Any print finish preferences (matte, gloss, foil, etc.) if known

Please do not purchase this service if your brand assets are not finalised or if you do not have your packaging copy ready. Missing information will delay your project and cannot be used as grounds for a refund.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PURCHASE

Here is exactly what to expect once your order is placed:

  1. You will receive a welcome leaflet with everything you need to know to get started.
  2. A contract will be sent to you for review and signature. Your project does not begin until this is signed.
  3. You are required to complete the onboarding form. This must be completed in full before any work can begin. This will be sent to you via email.
  4. Design work begins on my next available start date, which is communicated at the time of purchase.

This is a non-refundable service. Once your order is placed and your contract is signed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

A contract will be sent prior to your project starting. Please read it in full before signing. By signing, you agree to all terms and conditions of the service.

If you need a different type of packaging such as sleeves, inserts, tissue paper, or any other format, please contact me before purchasing. These projects are quoted individually and cannot be ordered through the store.

Yes. Your completed packaging design will be delivered as print-ready files prepared to professional print specifications. Please ensure you share any specific requirements from your printer at the start of your project.

No. You must source the dieline from your printer/supplier directly, with the correct dimensions. Design work cannot start without this.

Turnaround time varies depending on current availability, the complexity of the project, and how promptly you provide your assets and copy. Your start date is confirmed at the time of purchase. This is not a next-day or rush service unless a priority turnaround add-on has been agreed. If you have a print deadline, please contact me before purchasing to confirm whether your timeline can be accommodated.
